Pros
- They do not expect much from you at the beginning - There is an opportunity to learn IT skills in tech support - Multicultural environment, mostly young people sharing common interests - No overtimes, good work/life balance
Cons
- Sometimes unreachable targets from the top management - A LOT of incompetent people in the company - In general low salaries compared to other companies in the city, HR want to keep it low cost and it's visible i.e. your EU/UK colleagues will have frequent travels/company cars/dinners etc.
