Pros

-Pay -was easy to get the job(I was recruited) -benefits nothing special but you get med, 401k and so fourth.

Cons

-Managers could care less about workers, to them you are children. -you will be fired if you are not liked by others, above board but targeted with intent. -overtime can become mandatory for months at a time 6 days a week 10h/d. -day-shift and night-shift do not see eye to eye leaving managers and worse workers in a bad position of constant war. -favorites will be promoted, online game-playing with management is a requirement to get ahead in this company, not qualifications.

Excellent individual contributors, inter office collaboration

Cons

Consistently moving targets from executives with little buy in from middle management causing the message to become muddled resulting in subpar performance
