Well paid, good benefits , they will reward you well for any extra time you work

Cons

The IVR in this company is configured in such a amateur way that even if you're on Technical Engineering position you can still get phone calls for the Sales Team or Any other team. It's expected from you to look for the right person and transfer the call to them. Basically you won't be able to do your job properly because you will be constantly on the phone. And most of the phone calls won't be related to your work. You will become a phone dispatcher. Everyone is.
