      Pros

      Decent starting wage People are friendly Has a fun committee that sometimes will provide lunch or other mini events during break times.

      Cons

      Can be boring and repetitive Can be difficult to advance Feels like management plays favorites In the beginning you learn alot but after a few months it feels like you are not learning and you get stuck doing one thing all shift.

      the people and friendships you make!

      Cons

      if it wasn’t for the people, this place would be more miserable than it already is. - Everyone above you talks behind your back and does not care to see you succeed unless they get something beneficial out of it. - Upper management uses managerial tactics like it’s 1996 - They have favorites they protect and it shows. - The lack of empathy from upper management is wild “hey, I broke my leg I won’t be on the call, I’m in the ER.” “by you’ll still be at the meeting tomorrow right?” -SEVERELY underpaid - Preach diversity and inclusion but have nothing to show for it day to day Everyone here steps on eachother to climb and it’s sick! But management also fosters this kind of community so!
