Leadership from CEO has embraced D&I and has resulted in an increase in "Inclusion Networks" that represent different groups. Each group is assigned an executive mentor/champion for better visibility and representation at the C-Level.

Cons

Still a ways to go with more representation of minorities in Director level and above.
