      Pros

      Good pay, good vacation package, remote work, great team. Enjoyed the role until the layoff came unexpectedly. Zebra says they value retaining employees, however this proved untrue in the business unit I was in. Other BUs might be better managed.

      Cons

      Was laid-off a little over 1yr into the role. New leadership came into our business unit making questionable, unilateral decisions and sweeping changes to the organization.

      Excellent individual contributors, inter office collaboration

      Cons

      Consistently moving targets from executives with little buy in from middle management causing the message to become muddled resulting in subpar performance
