Pros

1.life-work balance is possible 2.not bad salary for beginners 3.great office with gym, cafeteria

Cons

1.segregation on contract base. If you agree to work as a temporary contractor, it doesn't mean that you would have any opportunity to switch to the permanent contract. You are not recognised as a specialist, despite the fact that you could do/develop several things. You are not eligible to take part in some internal events due to the form of your contract. 2.nepotism and underestimation of your efforts. I remembered two incidents where the senior colleagues stole the developments of their juniors and got credits for that. Obviously, the juniors left the company 3. Chaotic work and management style

Pros

the people and friendships you make!

Cons

if it wasn’t for the people, this place would be more miserable than it already is. - Everyone above you talks behind your back and does not care to see you succeed unless they get something beneficial out of it. - Upper management uses managerial tactics like it’s 1996 - They have favorites they protect and it shows. - The lack of empathy from upper management is wild “hey, I broke my leg I won’t be on the call, I’m in the ER.” “by you’ll still be at the meeting tomorrow right?” -SEVERELY underpaid - Preach diversity and inclusion but have nothing to show for it day to day Everyone here steps on eachother to climb and it’s sick! But management also fosters this kind of community so!
