      Pros

      Easy to work with managers if you're on development side and if the boss has a technical background else it's difficult to get work done. But pay in either case is good. Good benefits, bonus and insurance. You have the option to jump across teams but you need to make your choice heard.

      Cons

      If you are into validation then work timings are extended.

      Excellent individual contributors, inter office collaboration

      Cons

      Consistently moving targets from executives with little buy in from middle management causing the message to become muddled resulting in subpar performance
