Pros

I can't even think of one.

Cons

Hands down the worst job I've ever had in my entire career. Horrible work life balance, expects you to work 15+ hours shifts and on top of that, they get away with not paying overtime because of "how the pay period is setup". Management does not care about people and sees them as easily replaceable. High turnover. Very unhappy and disgruntled employees, and a completely toxic environment. Stay away if you want to keep your sanity!

It's a solid gig if you don't mind your every move being tracked by GPS.

Pros

Pay, free vehicle, and little to no supervision

Cons

Zero guidance, zero development, company is full of friends and family, CEO favors Canadians over Americans and only fires Americans. Company is hiding numbers from their investors and growing way too fast. High pressure and fear mongering for all sales teams from the top executives, huge hypocrisy when it comes to drinking and driving and illegal activity. The top level are obsessed with excessive spending and have no clue how to hire actual growth advocates. Many people believe they are only using the American employees for 2 years or less and almost everyone thinks they'll be fired.
