Pros
I have been in the business for 11 years and worked as a sales person, finance manager, director, used and new car manager and now in a General Sales Manager role for the Zeigler Auto Group and they continue to exceed expectations. The other groups I have worked for were also top notch, but the Zeiglers allow you to grow your career, bring in the most respected trainers, guest speakers and talent to improve the already talented staffs. The culture is top notch and employees get the fruits of the best facilities and opportunities for advancement and growth constantly. What a wonderful company to be a part of.
Cons
The challeneges that I see are great ones to have for competitive professionals. The top sales people in the auto group sell 30-35 cars a month so it may be hard to come in immediatley and be a top 10 performer, but at the same time that is a great reason to acceptthe challenege and be a part of top performers and compete aginst them on a day to day basis.
