Pros
Work culture is absolutely top notch. Everyone is eager and willing to help with a smile. Compensation is good but as many roles are either fully commission or mostly commission, the ebb and flow of paychecks can be difficult.
Cons
No 401K match and horrible healthcare "options". Options in quotes because there are only two; below average and bad. Management/ policy enforcement inconsistencies can leave one feeling gaslit and crazy. Some managers are extremely helpful while others are impossible to even find. The hours are too long. 50+ hour weeks is understandable during busy seasons where the paychecks show the effort. But tens of hours doing nothing combined with intense negotiations for a weekend off here and there leave much to be desired.
