Truly cares about their employees - Senior Program Manager Zel Technologies Employee Review

ZelTech truly cares about their employee's personal welfare and has gone out of their way to assist them in times of need. In a recent example, the ZelTech PM was notified that an employee going through some financial difficulty had to vacate the sublet home they were renting due to the addition of another tenant by the landlord who had a felony record and who was bringing in drug paraphernalia which is an immediate concern for someone who holds a clearance. Once notified, the Program Manager contacted the CFO who worked approval with the company's senior leaders within minutes to get the individual an advance wired to them so that they could pay their broken lease and immediately find a new safe place to live for their family. There have been several instances where the ZelTech managers have gone out of their way to support their employees for personal issues beyond the scope of the work outlined in the contract PWS. It truly is a wonderful family to be a part of!
