Pros
My contract was transferred over to ZelTech as the prime. ZelTech worked closely with the previous prime to ensure the transition was seamless. The were no gaps in health insurance coverage and thankfully they were able to match everyone's salary. Some employees actually benefitted from the switch. The entire staff for ZelTech has been very knowledgeable and helpful. The ZelTech staff has always worked quickly and diligently to resolve all issues as they arise.
Cons
I honestly can not think of any Cons for ZelTech. The only thing that some employees were a little upset about is that ZelTech does not pay the monthly health insurance premiums like the previous company did. ZelTech did however increase the amount of pay for all transferred employees to make it as comparable as possible.
