Pros

It's hard to find pros when ~250 people lost their jobs.

Cons

Underbid the contract which resulted in 20-30k in reduced salaries. Do not like to promote. Cut out subcontracting company in hopes to secure place in future contract, which heavily dissatisfied entities that Zeltech and their form subcontracting company supported. Lost the PED contract.
