Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately the recent contract transition had some great impact on individuals, particularly those that were level III analysts and were down-graded to level II billets due to the new contract shrinking the number of level III billets. Although I appreciate your "advice to Peers", this change potentially had a life changing impact to them, and there should be a coping period. What should stay at the forefront though is our ability to provide the support deserved to our customer. As a management team we will continue to do everything we can to lessen the pain caused by the fiscally constrained contract environment. We will also continue to engage corporate leaders on benefits and leave. By the way, we recently found a way to incorporate provisional time with time taken off with a holiday to grant a full day of leave (for those requiring 12.5 hours for a day off) when a holiday is taken.
