Great staff, they work very diligently to ensure all orders are prepared and made ready for customers. Great management as well.

They do not accept returns if there's something wrong with the product you buy. You really have to be sure of what you want, or at least be ok with receiving product you may not like if you've never had the item before.

Cool and friendly coworkers, occasional “free” samples (if you don’t have a med card, you will have to pay taxes on them.) and tips in addition to regular pay.

Management is inexperienced and lazy; they never come in to fill a call out unless absolutely necessary and still will end up leaving early. They don’t know how to schedule around the high turnover rate but seemingly have no real sense of urgency to hire more people to fill the gaps either. The higher ups don’t care about the customers, just about squeezing the most money out of them as possible. Keep breaking things that weren’t in need of changes and keep firing people and expecting everyone else to pick up the slack with no extra pay.
