Pros
There is good pay and ok benefits. There are some great people to work with .
Cons
Management and corporate need to be realistic when it comes to their time frames. Calls can take 2 minutes and some a half hour. They need to focus on customer service to the members and getting first call resolution. 1/2 hour lunch is guaranteed but breaks are hard to come by as co workers don't handle their share of the calls and instead wander around not working. And no their behavior is not corrected. Instead those that get tired of it are reprimanded and advised to work as a team.
