Pros
The pay and insurance. That's it.
Cons
There are so many cons. Management is extremely toxic at the Tualatin office. They are extreme micromanagers. They have some really weird rules like not being able to eat at your desk. They also have some weird rules for women on how they dress, some being no long dresses and no maxi dresses or even a maxi type of material. One of the executives is also extremely mean and will come over and scream at you at your desk for some very weird reasons and degrade you in front of your coworkers. The managers will also play favorites and make it very known who the favorites are. The Tualatin office also does not clean the office (even before covid the office wasn't vacuumed and air ducks were not cleaned for 5 years) and they have not been good about cleaning it after COVID-19. They waited until end of April 2020 to send everyone home for COVID-19 stating how since we worked in health care we were exempt from the government shut down. Spring 2021 in about a one month time span they had 3 instances of COVID-19 in the office. Right before the serge of the Delta variant HR sent out notice that you didn't have to be vaccinated to be in the office or have to wear a mask. They do not like their employees to work from home. Several of the Employees in office could do their job from home, but they make them work in the office. Also, if you are a new hire they will not allow you to work from home. The union is also very unsupportive and doesn't seem to have your back. The union you will be apart of the UFCW 555 and the benefits are run from the Tualatin office. Union Hall works very closely with management in office, so you do not feel safe talking to them about what is going on and when you do they do not help you. There is also no room for growth. Bottom line do not work for the Tualatin office of Zenith.
