-Lack of transparency during the hiring process regarding project duration and stability. -HR and the delivery team emphasized stability and long-term career growth, but experience was different when you join here. -I joined expecting a stable role, but within a few months my project ended with no advance notice. -There was no clear visibility into what would happen after the project ended or what future opportunities were available. -I observed many employees on the bench waiting for projects, creating uncertainty about job security, forced to resign by saying no project we have. -They do not have good project as such, they are just playing employee career. -Project allocations appear to be short-term in some accounts. -Even after good performance, client recognition, and zero delivery escalations, project completion still resulted in uncertainty about the next assignment. -The overall environment felt stressful because of frequent project changes and concerns about bench time. -Career planning and communication from management need significant improvement.
