+ Best and Biggest Campus compared to the same size of company. + Good Managers to work along with + working hrs - 8 hrs, very flexible. Absentism can b easily managed if one has good repo with managers + very helping managers + If one wants to rest and have the best life balance, this is the company
Cons
+ Unable to grab much projects. + hiring to attrition rate is very poor. + If you want to learn new things, you have to learn on your own, no help + You have to prove your capabilities. + Not at all good for freshers. + Ratio of younsters as software Engineers to othe comapnies is very less. Very marathi type crowd. + No on campus fun things, just a small volley ball court, and small room which have one TT table and one carom board,thats all. + very bad food quality, worst canteen , if you are food lover. + If you are a smoker, then you can rise in this comapny as every now and then managers go out for smoke. famous saying - " Big deals are finalised at the puf of smoke"
