Pros

The initial salary and title were competitive.

Cons

I was terminated without warning. The company FSA, which had thousands of dollars, was cancelled and Zensar/HR kept the money I needed for healthcare. Expectation was for me to violate previous non compete agreements and bring accounts over from a previous role. when I declined, I was quickly asked to leave. Was led to believe during the interview process there were resources to enable sales - which was not true. A train wreck of an experience for a non Indian.

Pros

I had a largely positive experience with the culture at Zensar Technologies, specifically regarding the work-life balance. The company truly embraces a remote-first mindset and offers great flexibility with scheduling, which I appreciated. However, the stability and professional growth are highly dependent on the specific project you are assigned to

Cons

I found that my project had very little room for advancement or skill development, and I was eventually laid off due to a lack of consistent work volume. While it’s a friendly place to work, I’d advise new hires to be proactive about project placement to ensure long-term stability.
