Pros

High visibility of work because of small size Location is Pune Salary is good if you can negotiate well or have a good offer in hand

Cons

The comments below are generic and may not be applicable to all. 1. Salary Variablization - Most of the HR policies shows a clear motive of squeezing money from employees 2. Complete lack of process - Dont know how Zensar is CMMI 5. Be ready for a shock if coming from a big company like TCS, Wipro, Infy etc or a MNC 3. Senior management don't act as role models. No senior manager from IIT/ IIM or any tier 1/tier 2 college. 4. Bureaucracy, favoritism, red tapism is rampant. 5. Forget national languages English/ Hindi, people speak marathi in calls and conference rooms. 6. New Joinees are taken for a ride in terms of designation, role and work if not well informed. Please clarify the hierarchy before you accept the offer.

Pros

I had a largely positive experience with the culture at Zensar Technologies, specifically regarding the work-life balance. The company truly embraces a remote-first mindset and offers great flexibility with scheduling, which I appreciated. However, the stability and professional growth are highly dependent on the specific project you are assigned to

Cons

I found that my project had very little room for advancement or skill development, and I was eventually laid off due to a lack of consistent work volume. While it’s a friendly place to work, I’d advise new hires to be proactive about project placement to ensure long-term stability.
