Pros

Best place to work for local folks from Pune who get there every morning at 9 am with their lunch bags, have 1 hr long lunch hour & proceed back to home 6 pm sharp everyday. Hope you realize the irony here.

Cons

Total lack of professionalism at all levels. Incompetent & laid-back Senior Mgmt & Leadership team. No vision & lackadaisical approach for progress on upcoming trends & opportunities. Very bureaucratic and it takes ages to even make people move on what essentially is their core responsibility. Pathetic HR policies without utter disregard for well being of employees. Lack of transparency in every sphere of work and department.

Pros

I had a largely positive experience with the culture at Zensar Technologies, specifically regarding the work-life balance. The company truly embraces a remote-first mindset and offers great flexibility with scheduling, which I appreciated. However, the stability and professional growth are highly dependent on the specific project you are assigned to

Cons

I found that my project had very little room for advancement or skill development, and I was eventually laid off due to a lack of consistent work volume. While it’s a friendly place to work, I’d advise new hires to be proactive about project placement to ensure long-term stability.
