Pros

Very dynamic and professional, with well documented and followed policies. Brilliant people culture..Lot of support and reachability from senior management..Very mature feedback process

Cons

Uncompetitive salaries to home-grown employees, as compared to market hired laterals.. Quality of new-hires has degraded considerably post recession, in an effort to back-fill people who 'turned over' owing to turnaround time in implementing hikes post recession period, even though the company performed very strongly in the period..Frequent changes in compensation policies, usually for the worse, are a major pain too

Pros

I had a largely positive experience with the culture at Zensar Technologies, specifically regarding the work-life balance. The company truly embraces a remote-first mindset and offers great flexibility with scheduling, which I appreciated. However, the stability and professional growth are highly dependent on the specific project you are assigned to

Cons

I found that my project had very little room for advancement or skill development, and I was eventually laid off due to a lack of consistent work volume. While it’s a friendly place to work, I’d advise new hires to be proactive about project placement to ensure long-term stability.
