Pros

If you are are a senior manager you will have very good opportunities to kick others

Cons

Some of the worthless manager I have ever seen in my life from technical skill, communication skill perspective. They are rude and cruel from human perspective. You will loose your personal life, dignity, happiness in life if you join some selected projects here. Great place for politics. HR management is the worst in the world, Just like reliance broadband service, at the time of taking new employees they will treat you right, once joined they forget even your name and start becoming the delivery manager's puppet, event worse than a small level company. No respect for female employees shown in work environment and also by management. True nature of people can be understood when You have resigned. They will treat you like anything.

Pros

I had a largely positive experience with the culture at Zensar Technologies, specifically regarding the work-life balance. The company truly embraces a remote-first mindset and offers great flexibility with scheduling, which I appreciated. However, the stability and professional growth are highly dependent on the specific project you are assigned to

Cons

I found that my project had very little room for advancement or skill development, and I was eventually laid off due to a lack of consistent work volume. While it’s a friendly place to work, I’d advise new hires to be proactive about project placement to ensure long-term stability.
