Poor management in the US. Very immature Infrastructure Management experience and even worse on the US sales Infrastructure Management side... I've seen that they have NO real sales senior management experience and it shows. They are figuring it out as they go along and trying different strategies that don't work! They have not been trained well and should not be running any team! They hire individuals to manage sales teams that have less than minimum experience at managing teams at all and it truly shows to their employees and customer base. Short term thinkers. They also do not have enough IT delivery staff in the US to support customer engagements. Micro managers are active in this organization on the Data Center Practice Side...Their customers have said so!! Do not work for their sales or practice teams.
