Overall I have few complaints

It’s a job that pays better than most.. and most of the people who work here are good people..

No holiday bonuses for production. Need two plus incomes or work overtime to survive.. Can be very toxic at times, hardly any accountability. Pass the buck, or just plain go out of one’s way to get someone in trouble, even though they do the same things.. it’s like being in grade school… oh and can’t forget about .05 cent raises they give yearly …
