Pros
Great atmosphere at the office. I feel we have an optimism and creative spur in the teams and in almost all conversations I have had. The managers and team members are as interested in the product and development as in making each other improve and grow. Despite a lot of scramble (due to the relatively new and constantly shifting organisation) I experience that people really try their best to make progress and help each other getting there. As a junior employee I also see a huge opportunity to get to know really experienced professionals, work together with them and the company does not impose any limitations to what I can be part of. So far I have found myself in dialogues on all levels of complexity and have felt included and my opinions valued in all of them. The youth of the company also brings possibilities for change and improvements that everyone is encouraged to partake in and within reasonable limits I also believe this to truly be the case. If I have a great idea for the company I know whom to talk to and I know that I can get my voice heard and if the idea is viable and good I also think that it would be considered.
Cons
A lot of changes happening as the company is still young. This means that things might get lost in the process of people transitioning in the organisation and that some expectations are not followed up.
