Cons
Inconsistent job responsibilities and expectations with limited communications on changes. Will tell you to do something one day, and the next day they will say they never said it. Will continue to add more and more on the your plate due to lacking intel staff. No care for customer results - when you try to do what is best for the customer you will get steamrolled. The answer to EVERY customer's concern is to tell them to spend more money even when we as the clients partner know that they are looking for something else from us as the experts. Will NOT get adequate pay raises to keep up with the demand and changes in the industry. They will hire in new people at a higher base without thinking twice about giving current longstanding employees a second thought.
