There used to be a lot of good engineers, but now are less and less. I guess it depends what team you endup you might be lucky.

Cons

The development experience feels slow, burocracy everywhere which causes frustration and burnout

The autonomy, structure, atmosphere. Intern is respected and a part of the iZettle family instead of only being considered as a temporary intern.

Not being able to have any joint problem solving and team work.
