Pros
Exposure to collaborative projects at a very early stage. Upper-level management is approachable. Decent for freshers from two-tier/three-tier colleges. HR is helpful.
Cons
Departments aren't growth-oriented due to a lack of notable projects, employees usually get plateaued in terms of skill-set very early. Poor standard of projects for a service-based company in today's pharma world. Middle-level management is awful. Not a great environment to learn and grow. Pay and benefits are less compared to standards. Work-life balance is non-existent.
