Fantastic work environment. Really love to come in every morning. We are all friends that happen to work together. Management team is very good at leading but giving you enough room to do what you do. They are willing to listen to any ideas you bring them and will run with what will help the company. Very organized with well thought out process that are improving as new tech is brought on to help. 95% of the team is under one roof, which from personal experience, is leaps and bound better than having employees spread out through out the country or globally. Thrilled to be part of the team.
Cons
Just the typical growing pain of a start up, like out growing the office. Challenging, but easily over come with the group of people we have tackling them.
