Pros

Amazing team of talented people whose sole purpose is to make the company successful. Here, it doesn't matter who's right, what matters is to get the product right. People are motived because not only they see that we've built a top product, but they also see the bigger picture and how it sets us apart from the rest of the industry. The attitude and the answer to tough problems is always "ok, how can we do this ?", and this creates a collaborative, positive and creative energy in the company. All of this in a fun environment with weekly happy hour / cocktails / events.

Cons

Not Cons, really, just the reality. We solve tough problems, we aim for bigger ones. Egos don't matter here, only the solution matters. it's fast paced, it's energetic...welcome to the start-up world. Ah, yes, the office is getting a bit tight, guess what, we're growing.

Pros

I don't believe there is a good reason to work here anymore.

Cons

I was disenchanted with leadership when I left a while back. I wanted to write this review then, however I took a breath to be fair...I'm still shocked and appalled by what this company became. Zignal - at one point in time - was one of the companies disrupting the media monitoring (for lack of a better term) industry, forcing the old & stagnant platforms to adjust. We won some huge logos - Accenture, IBM, JPMorgan, Prudential - and had a ton of momentum which out of nowhere seemed to come to a slow. Then within a tight time-frame the head of sales, CRO, and the CEO left, followed by the CTO a bit later. Which was pretty much a bulk of the influential leadership within Zignal. FF to year or so later, for some reason the board gave the keys to the company to the head of Services who is an inexperienced and ineffective leader...the word "leader" used very loosely...and her lacky. Neither of whom was part of any notable account or win or decision made at Zignal, yet they ran the show along with the new CEO, who is as equally ineffective. Accounts are being lost left and right, yet nobody in a leadership role seems to get any blame.
