Pros
Hard to beat the insurance and perks, love that my position is remote.
Cons
Weird division between PTO and sick time (though the policy is still pretty generous), climbing the ladder is extremely difficult (they boast that it's harder to get a position at Zillow than get into an Ivy League school), the company talks a big game about being progressive, but really only does the bare minimum and does a lot of false equivocating. Going through the Zillow Offers scandal and shut down was extremely disheartening and made me feel like management and the C level folks are not to be trusted. I've only stayed because I have not found anything better yet, and this really isn't any different that shenanigans to be found at other companies. There's no major corruption or anything as far as I can tell, but don't let Zillow convince you they care about their employees more than their bottom line. If you consider that all as equal, then yeah, Zillow is a great place to work.
