Pros
Great inside customer service. Decent products. Return of fabulous Senior Management.
Cons
Unqualified Regional managers with lack of motivational people skills, leadership courses or continuing management training, and no MBAs. Good selling does not equal good managing. Tired boys network that doesn't recognize talent development. Out of date pricing within the dental technology market. Losing market share. Lack of state training or promotion. Senior Management has no checks & balances on whether the RMs are doing their jobs.
