      Upper management at the corporate level seem to make decisions based off of very little knowledge of what goes on down at the level where most work.

      Pros

      Nice work site and a great staff to work with.

      Cons

      My tenure with Zimmer was only about a year. At the time the corporation was restructuring and there was a lot of departments in upheaval. It minimally impacted me, but I was not confident in the direction of the company.
