      Local management are lame ducks milking the area for everything it is worth within the territory run by advantage. Policies are ridiculous and reps are just maintaining as opposed to selling.

      Nice work site and a great staff to work with.

      Cons

      My tenure with Zimmer was only about a year. At the time the corporation was restructuring and there was a lot of departments in upheaval. It minimally impacted me, but I was not confident in the direction of the company.
