      Managers lie and talk behind your back. Health insurance is the worst I have ever had. No chance for advancement.

      Nice work site and a great staff to work with.

      Cons

      My tenure with Zimmer was only about a year. At the time the corporation was restructuring and there was a lot of departments in upheaval. It minimally impacted me, but I was not confident in the direction of the company.
