We recently made the difficult decision to discontinue operations in Austin in order to streamline and centralize administrative and research & development functions at our global headquarters. This decision is not a reflection on the individual or collective performances of our Austin Team Members. We recognize that this is a challenging time for all of the individuals affected by this decision. Team Members who will be leaving the Company will receive support to ease the transition, including severance benefits and other services. Team Members who are interested in relocating will be considered for open positions at our Warsaw, Indiana headquarters.
