      Pros

      Good pay, benefits, work from home. Nice and helpful collegues

      Cons

      Virtually no freedom. Phone tracker install mandatory for VPN, too much expected from each employee, toxic and mean Sr. Specialists, if you don't make the "club" good luck. Asking a yes or no question regarding protocol often gave me a "convoluted inference" and not an answer.

      Pros

      Nice work site and a great staff to work with.

      Cons

      My tenure with Zimmer was only about a year. At the time the corporation was restructuring and there was a lot of departments in upheaval. It minimally impacted me, but I was not confident in the direction of the company.
