      Good pay and several nice people work there

      Cons

      The work environment was extremely horrible. It is a dog eat dog environment, but expected for the company with the most recall in the industry. I worked for 5 different people in 5 years.

      Nice work site and a great staff to work with.

      Cons

      My tenure with Zimmer was only about a year. At the time the corporation was restructuring and there was a lot of departments in upheaval. It minimally impacted me, but I was not confident in the direction of the company.
