Pros
Zimmer Biomet provides a number of great products for those that are looking for orthopedic surgical needs. I have seen many people that have had their lives made better due to surgery. Many of the operational blue collar type workers are hard at work providing what is needed for each surgery. There are good people out there in the regional levels of distributorships.
Cons
Over the past year, there has been an extremely messy merger of Zimmer and Biomet. The white collar decisions made were confusing at best. May of the corporate decisions were last minute and obviously not thought through from a top to bottom standpoint. I hope that this all works works out for the patients. For employees at the distributorships, they are the ones that are stuck with the mess of making sure the mess is rectified.
