      Good benefits and fair pay. Flexibility was not an option.

      The coworkers were nice enough, but the culture was very cliquey. After about 2 years, I realized it was not the place where I saw myself growing professionally.

      Nice work site and a great staff to work with.

      Cons

      My tenure with Zimmer was only about a year. At the time the corporation was restructuring and there was a lot of departments in upheaval. It minimally impacted me, but I was not confident in the direction of the company.
