      Pros

      Beautiful building, great people. Laid back environment. A great opportunity for recent college grads to get their feet wet in advertising.

      Cons

      Generally, it's pretty low pay for the industry. Be prepared to work incredibly long hours for little payoff. I don't think I've ever seen a business turnover employees like Zimmerman.

      Free Soda machine, zero state tax

      Cons

      So many to say. Knowing that your boss and the owner are complete idiots and out of touch within the first month of working there was a negative. Bad pay, lack of support, a security guard checking you in. There are so many.
