Pros
- some people are nice - nice building with an unlimited soda machine - good to start but leave as soon as you can - not in Miami
Cons
They care so much about their clients that they forget to care about the employees. They try to make you feel like they do (during town hall meetings) but they really don't. All they care about is how to make money (they don't care about integrity and all that) They will over promise to the client without even knowing how to achieve their goals.. So... clients leave because they're being lied to or deceived. ALSO.. the media trading room is a joke. NO ONE USES IT but it's one of the main attractions when clients visit. - management sucks - supervisors are so-so - and... the pay is ridiculously low - no growth here. they wont care about your growth career wise or money wise whatsoever - long hours and overtime pay sucks so don't even think about asking for overtime pay
