Pros
Great place to learn about fashion trends. It's a fun environment. Good place to 'get your marks' if you're starting out in the industry.
Cons
Top heavy- no middle management. They pay you way below industry standard. You will be expected to be available 24/7. You are not valued. You will not receive training- but will be blamed for what you don't know. You aren't expected to succeed. Nobody stays with this company- not even the clients. The turnover is ridiculous because they don't know how to treat people. In short- the culture here is like communist Russia.
