      ...although the benefits are pretty good.

      Cons

      The agency motto is "24/7. Seriously" and management enforces it in every aspect of the corporate culture. Instead of highlighting something like creativity, innovation, or results, they just want to boast about what a sweatshop they are. Seriously.

      Free Soda machine, zero state tax

      Cons

      So many to say. Knowing that your boss and the owner are complete idiots and out of touch within the first month of working there was a negative. Bad pay, lack of support, a security guard checking you in. There are so many.
