Cons
Where to begin. The pay is crap with blatant favoritism. The turnover here is I unlike anything I've ever seen - I've worked at numerous advertising agencies and I know turnover is common in them, but this place takes the cake. The morale here is absolutely TERRIBLE - people are constantly leaving which is just sad and disheartening. The bonuses this year - absolutely insulting. The only reason it's a multi billion dollar company is because the owner underpays everyone under executive level. They genuinely have no care for their employees - they will have catered breakfasts/lunches nearly everyday for big client meetings but rather than let everyone enjoy the leftovers - they restrict them to the "executive kitchen." The work here is not hard - but because they refuse to pay people reasonable salaries, we are forced to work with under qualified and incompetent people who make it so much more difficult. Also - take a note of the dates left on the recent reviews (all positive within a 2 day time span). People aren't dumb, Zimmerman, it's obvious the reviews are fake.
