Pros
Zimmerman has a large and beautiful building with valet parking and a complimentary soda machine. The location is excellent, right on I-95 and in the heart of South Florida.
Cons
You will quickly learn that Zimmerman Advertising does low quality work. The Zimmerman way is to misrepresent the facts in order to gain favor and new business, then provide a sub par service until the client leaves. This philosophy bleeds into how Zimmerman handles employees. They talk a big game, then offer below market pay, benefits, and hours. Turnover has been high for a long long time, which has done almost irreparable damage to the company. The issues with the company go all the way to the top with CEO Michael Goldberg, who is analytically illiterate, and Founder Jordan Zimmerman, who is a raging narcissist out of touch with reality. Both men offer little to the agency in terms of actual skills and leadership, but serve as excellent hype-men and sales-men. In a few words, "Snake Oil Salesmen" is really the best way to describe them and the rest of the agency. I wish the failings of those two men stopped at the top, but they have seemed to infect the rest of the agency with incompetence and inequity. Everywhere you go in the agency you will find under-qualified people trying to sell you on the excellence of their work. In true marketing fashion, the Zimmerman motto is, "It's not about the quality of your work, but the charisma of your presentation."
