      Pros

      Meet people in the trenches with you. You do learn things quickly. This place is great if you are straight out of college and live home with your folks and need the experience.

      Cons

      There is NO formal training; you either sink or swim in this organization. This place has a high turn over rate. If you make it in this place you can work anywhere. Long hours are expected with tons of work bc ppl are leaving. This place isn't for people with work experience. The pay is horrible. If you're not an upper level executive you're not making real money.

      Free Soda machine, zero state tax

      So many to say. Knowing that your boss and the owner are complete idiots and out of touch within the first month of working there was a negative. Bad pay, lack of support, a security guard checking you in. There are so many.
